
Dear Parents and Guardians:
New London High School Multi-Magnet Campus will administer PSAT assessments to all students in grades 10 and 11 on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
The PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 10 offers preparation for the SAT. Students who take the PSAT/NMSQT or the PSAT 10 will receive both online score reports at studentscores.collegeboard.org and an official paper score report. Students will be able to see which answers they answered correctly or incorrectly. They will also receive information on how to improve their academic skills.

- Students in grade 10 and 11 should report to school at 8:00 on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
- Testing will begin at 8:30am. NO STUDENT WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE TEST AFTER 8:30 AM.
- Students will be dismissed from school at 12:30. Students with extended time will be dismissed at 2:00. Busing will be provided.
- A bagged breakfast and lunch will be provided to students taking the PSAT.
- Students should bring three #2 pencils.
- The following items are PROHIBITED in test session rooms:

- Food and beverages

- Cellphones and electronic devices. Students who bring a cellphone will be provided a plastic baggie to store cellphones during testing. If a student refuses to hand in a cellphone, he/she will not be allowed to proceed with testing.
10th - 11th grade students will receive the Official Student Guide, along with the practice test; this will help them understand all the directions and be familiar with the types of questions that will be asked.
